It also clears spool data area in MSD after the jobs like copying, printing, SCAN transmission, PCFAX, FAX transmission or FAX receiving are completed. These encryption function and data erasing function ensure the confidentiality of real image data that are stored temporarily in MSD and counter fraudulent readout of them.
