Description of TOE

 

The TOE is a software program to be installed on a Windows-based PC for
controlling and restricting the launch of other Windows applications
installed on the same computer.

Not every Windows application has the capability to prevent unauthorized
launch and unauthorized data access and alteration.

This software program prevents unauthorized use of Windows
applications that are registered with it by users without
registered accounts.
